Where are you located, and where do I park?

Find us at the historic Toluca Lake Tennis & Fitness Club, overlooking the iconic Warner Bros. lot: 6711 Forest Lawn Dr, Ste 107, Los Angeles, CA 90068.

Look for the “Santuari” sign. Take the ramp on the right into the lower parking lot, where you’ll find two designated Back To One parking spaces.

Enter the building directly from the parking lot. Our studio is immediately on your left.

What is a hybrid appointment?

You join us in person at our Los Angeles studio with an on-site tape technician. Your coach joins the session remotely.

Should I book 30 or 60 minutes?

30 minutes: Usually suitable for quick scenes, simple commercial auditions, and straightforward blocking.

60 minutes: Recommended for multiple scenes, lots of dialogue, tricky blocking, or extra time to explore emotionally demanding material.

We can extend your session if no one is booked after you. If you’re unsure, book the longer session so you have the time you need.

A one-hour private session with founder Chelsea Ricketts focused on the business of acting. Discuss representation, headshots, reels, casting profiles, career strategy, growth, and training—whether you’re just starting out or already working professionally.
